Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Overview

Pixora provides browser-based image resizing, compression and conversion tools. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the website. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit Pixora and use its tools.

2. Image files and browser processing

For the core image tools, processing is designed to happen locally in your browser using browser APIs such as Canvas. Pixora does not require an account, and the core conversion, compression or resizing workflow does not require selected image files to be uploaded to a Pixora image-processing server. Your browser may temporarily keep selected files, generated previews and output data in memory or local browser storage while you use a tool.

Some browser, hosting, security, analytics or third-party features can involve network requests. Do not use Pixora as permanent file storage, and do not upload information that you are not permitted to process.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense

If advertising is enabled on Pixora, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Pixora or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Pixora and/or other sites on the internet. Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Users can also learn about Google's data practices through How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Where applicable, Pixora may present a consent or privacy-choice interface before certain advertising technologies are used. The availability and behavior of consent controls can vary by region and applicable law.

4. Technical and usage information

Depending on the services enabled on the website, limited technical information may be processed, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, request timestamps, approximate technical location derived from network information, error information and page or feature usage. This information may be used for security, fraud prevention, reliability, analytics or service improvement.

Pixora's own analytics features, where enabled, are intended to measure website usage rather than the contents of your image files. We do not intentionally collect the visual contents of images solely because you use a browser-based image tool.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential site operation, security, preferences, analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through browser settings, although blocking some cookies can affect site functionality or advertising controls.

6. Third-party services

Third-party providers used by Pixora may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. These providers can include hosting, security, analytics and advertising services. Where Google services are used, Google may process information according to its policies and the settings applicable to the relevant service.

7. Data retention

Pixora does not operate the core image tools as permanent image storage. Temporary browser data normally remains under the control of your browser and is removed when the relevant page state or browser data is cleared. Server, security, analytics and advertising records, where collected by the relevant provider, may be retained according to that provider's policies and operational requirements.

8. Children's privacy

Pixora is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

9. Your choices and rights

You can manage browser cookies, use available consent controls, opt out of personalized Google advertising through Ads Settings, and contact Pixora regarding privacy questions. Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction of personal information.

10. Policy changes

Pixora may update this policy when the website, advertising setup, third-party services or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
