Pixora guide
How to Make an Image 100KB or Smaller
Learn how to aim for a 100KB file using a target-size workflow and why exact file size is not always possible.
Try 100KB compressor →Why exact 100KB is difficult
Image encoders work from the image's visual complexity, dimensions and quality settings. Two images with the same dimensions can have very different file sizes.
Use a target
Open Pixora's compressor, enter 100 KB and process the image. Pixora repeatedly lowers quality within a safe range to try to reach the target.
Check the result
Always review the output. If it is too soft, increase the target size or resize the image before compressing.
